They testify…

The men and women at Mory LDI talk about their trade, their business sector and their career evolution within the company. Short portraits of varied profiles and experiences...

Roumania • Manager of the Mory LDI Bulgarie agency

RoumaniaI joined Mory LDI in 2001, in charge of the bulgarian office. In the beginning, we were pretty much the only ones on the clothing industry market. Overtime, local carriers have become our most important competitors but we have managed to resist thanks to the diversity and the quality of our services.

It's a pleasure to work with serious, professional colleagues and a management that makes Mory LDI a successful company, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a contagious enthusiasm.

Fanny • Commercial attaché

Fanny With the globalization, the number of small companies has decreased, profiting major groups. But Mory LDI remains a human-sized company, that benefits from the force of Mory Group which consequently increases the possibilities of promotion.

Student in a Trade School, I have combined my course with work experience at Mory 25, a subsidiary of the group. After I graduated, I have become a commercial attaché for the sales of shipment and national batches. One year later, I joined the international commercial team of Mory LDI.

Jean-Claude • Operation manager

Jean-ClaudeMy main mission is to set up in our agencies the work methods that have allowed us to expand and to satisfy our clients' needs.

Today, we must offer a global service that includes customs, logistics, transport and specific services, which requires qualities of organization, adaptation and social interaction. In order to stay leader on the market, we must also look forward in the future, with new destinations and new markets.

Elena • Manager of the Mory LDI Roumanie agenct

ElenaAs a manager, I have to be diplomatic in order to keep my team happy and serene. At the same time, I must anticipate the needs of our clients to offer reliable solutions by staying ahead of our competitors. Because our sector changes very quickly and the customers are more and more demanding.

Mory LDI is like a second family, to which I belong for more than 8 years now. I have learned a lot from high-level professionals.

Sophie • Fashion department manager

SophieI joined the company in 2006 to take up the challenge of creating the Steam department. It is today part of the logistic department that I have been managing for one year.

The scope of my job goes from running a 11 000 m² warehouse to managing up to 40 persons in high season. You have to constantly question yourself to be efficient, profitable, available... You also have to listen and advise, because we must convince our clients that outsourcing their activity is a good choice. Today, logistics are a response to the economical changes because it's a new lever to reduce the costs.
